Account deletion request
This page does not automatically delete your account. You create a deletion request with your registered email; requests are processed within a reasonable time after verification and review. Filling out the form alone is not sufficient for deletion to prevent misuse with someone else's email.
If you have access to the app, you can delete your account directly from within the app (Profile / account settings → Delete Account → password or re-verification). This path is generally the fastest and most definite deletion per Firebase security requirements.
If you cannot use the app, submit a request via the web form. You can also write to destek@kimgeliyo.app.
What is deleted?
Your profile information, plans, invitations, and account data are taken into the deletion process. Legal retention requirements or anonymous summaries appearing in other users' plan history may be excluded.
How to submit a request
- Open the web deletion form (link below).
- Enter the email address registered to your KimGeliyo account.
- Optionally add a short reason (up to 500 characters).
- Your request is queued; action is taken after confirmation and security steps.
The web form is for request registration only. Use the in-app «Delete Account» path first for definitive deletion and data cleaning. Suspicious requests are not processed.
