How to plan a group dinner

Steps

1. Create a plan: e.g. «Friday group dinner», date, time, restaurant.
2. Share the invite link or invite code with the group.
3. Guests RSVP on the web; you see the summary on one screen.
4. Book a table based on Going + Maybe headcount.
5. Remind «Maybe» guests before the event.

Practical tips

• Turn on attendance approval if venue capacity is limited (app).
• Update the plan if address or time changes—the invite link stays the same.
